I am terrible at giving myself credit when things go well. - When a treatment goes great, the kid must have been having a "good day."- When a meeting goes well, it's because the parent was "nice"- A teacher using a strategy I gave them? It must just be a great strategy. I think many of us OT practitioners operate in a similar way. Give yourself some credit for all the great things you do. Your schooling, experience, and continuous learning efforts have enabled YOU to have successful treatments, meetings, results, and more! Let's give ourselves some credit when things go our way! Share this post and take some credit for something you did great this past school year!
